Cleanello provides done-for-you Facebook and Instagram advertising for auto, RV and other detailing and cleaning businesses. This includes ad strategy, ad creation and copy, campaign setup and management, lead notification and reporting.
Your advertising budget is separate from our fees and is paid directly to Meta from your own ad account, unless your agreement includes ad spend. The minimum ad spend is $750 per month. Ad spend already spent is never refundable.
Our service has a 3-month minimum term. After that, it continues on the same billing until cancelled. You can cancel at any time after the minimum term with 30 days' written notice to info@rvcleaningacademy.com. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded, except under the guarantee in section 7.
Except for the guarantee in section 7, all fees are final and non-refundable once work has started.
If you don't get at least 45 booked jobs from our ads within the first 90 days after your ads go live, you can choose to receive either a full refund of the management fees you paid for those 90 days, or 3 more months of ad management at no cost.
To qualify, you must meet all of these conditions during the 90 days:
A "booked job" means a lead from our ads who confirmed a date for a paid job, whether or not they later cancel. To make a claim, email info@rvcleaningacademy.com within 14 days after the 90-day period ends with your name, business name, the date your ads went live, your list of booked jobs and your proof of follow-up. If one or more conditions are not met, the guarantee does not apply. Ad spend and setup fees are not covered by the guarantee. The guarantee is void if you breach these terms or your written agreement with us, including a missed or failed payment that is not fixed within 7 days, a chargeback, or removing our access to your ad account or Facebook page.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for answering and quoting your leads, for the quality of your work, and for having the licenses and insurance your business requires. You confirm you have the right to use any photos, videos and claims you give us for your ads.
Results depend on your market, pricing, ad spend, reviews, how fast you follow up and other factors outside our control. Apart from the guarantee in section 7, we do not promise any number of leads, jobs or revenue. Examples and testimonials on this website are real but not typical, and are not a promise of future results. Meta can review, limit or reject ads at its own discretion, and we are not responsible for Meta platform decisions or outages.
Nothing we provide is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Consult your own professionals for those matters. You are solely responsible for your taxes, licenses and compliance.
The ads we create for you can be used by your business. Our templates, processes, scripts and training materials remain the property of RV CLEANING ACADEMY LLC and may not be shared or resold.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from our services, the ads, Meta's platform, leads, jobs, customers or your business decisions, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages. If we are found liable despite this, our total liability is limited to the service fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. You agree to cover us for any claim from a third party arising from your work, ad content you supplied, or your business.
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Both parties agree to first try to resolve any dispute by email before going to court in Texas.
We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new date. Your agreement in force at the time of purchase applies to your current term.
